Nexus Closing Partner Referral Fee AgreementBy signing below, you authorize an irrevocable standing instruction for a 25% referral fee to be paid only at settlement. No upfront costs, no monthly fees, and no manual paperwork at closing. Your digital signature below activates the Nexus engine and authorizes the immediate delivery of qualified leads to your dashboard.1. Parties: This agreement is between Nexus Closing Partner (“Referrer”) and the undersigned Licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker (“Recipient”).2. The Referral: Referrer will provide Qualified Leads and AI-driven administrative support to the Recipient.3. The Fee: Recipient agrees to pay Referrer a referral fee of 25% of the gross commission earned on any transaction originating from a lead provided by the Referrer.4. Payment & Authorization: Recipient agrees that this agreement serves as an irrevocable standing instruction to any Closing/Escrow Agent. Upon the closing of a transaction originating from a Lead provided by Nexus Closing Partner, the 25% referral fee shall be disbursed directly to Nexus Closing Partner from the gross commission at the time of settlement.5. Authorization & Implementation: Recipient agrees that their digital acceptance of a Lead or signature below constitutes a formal authorization for Nexus Closing Partner to transmit this Agreement directly to the designated Closing/Escrow Agent. This document serves as the sole and sufficient authority for the disbursement of the 25% referral fee without requiring further written consent from the Recipient at the time of closing.
